The Government’s Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills – Ofsted - visit schools and perform inspections to assess standards of education.  These inspections are then written up as Inspection Reports and are publicly available.

An Ofsted report states what a school should do to improve and those recommendations become part of the school plan for improvement.  Our own school plan shows that we are working to raise the standards for the children and use assessment data effectively to improve pupil progress.
